• Quantity & Frequency:

  • Select a quantity of up to 4 units per shipment.

  • Choose delivery frequency of every 1, 2, or 3 months at the time of purchase.

  • The preselected frequency is 2 months. 

• Order Adjustments:

  • Orders can be modified within a 12-hour window (EST) after placement. Changes can only be made during this timeframe. If you choose to cancel after this period, a $9.99 return fee will apply.
