Contact Hempvana Support and request a prepaid FedEx label. Simply print and affix the label to your package and drop it off at any FedEx location. A $9.99 return shipping charge will be automatically deducted from your refund upon printing this label.

OR

Return on your own via FedEx, USPS, or any other traceable method and receive a full product refund.  We encourage you to insure your package.

Return Unopened Package:

If you've received an unwanted/unordered package or changed your mind, kindly refuse the unopened package upon receipt (return to sender). Make sure to inform us. 

Damaged Order:

Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the condition in which your order was received. Please fill out the contact form and include an image of the damage.
