We are confident the value and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. In the event you are not completely satisfied, we'll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 90 days after you receive them (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). Refunds will be made to your original form of payment.

Refund Process:

Once your confirm that your return is en route to our warehouse, by providing valid tracking, a refund payment will be processed. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 business days after your return is processed. Hempvana will not be responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments.  A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees).
