1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Hempvana (“Sponsor”).

Our promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor and affiliated entities may not be eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins when you receive the promotion email (“Promotion Period”) *subject to end date.

Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period:

2. Submit a request to join the Facebook community
3. Complete any additional required entry steps described in the promotional email or landing page

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing.

If a selected winner:

• cannot be contacted,
• does not respond within 10 days,
• is found ineligible, or

By entering, participants acknowledge that they may receive communications related to the administration of this Promotion. Marketing communications are subject to participant preferences and applicable laws.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final.

11. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, and their affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
